Data deletion requests

Ask Wedream Studios to delete information associated with your enquiry or order.

Send your request

Email support@wedreamstudios.shop with the subject “Data deletion request”. Tell us the email address or phone number used to contact us and, if relevant, your order reference. Describe which records you want deleted.

Verification

Send the request from the associated email address where possible. We may need a proportionate confirmation to avoid deleting someone else’s records. Do not send Aadhaar, PAN, payment-card details or passwords.

What happens next

We will review the request and explain its outcome. Information no longer required for the original purpose may be deleted or anonymised. Some transaction, dispute, security or statutory records may need to be retained where applicable obligations require it; we will explain relevant limitations.

WhatsApp opt-out

You may request a messaging opt-out without requesting deletion. Reply STOP in an available WhatsApp conversation or email us. Deleting records from our systems does not automatically delete copies held by you or independent third-party providers.
