Check the item before ordering

Please review product description, contents, compatibility, licence rights, price and delivery conditions before purchasing. We provide the applicable item-specific terms through the agreed ordering channel. No payment is collected on this website.

Issues we review

Contact us about duplicate charges, an item that was not supplied as agreed, unusable access details, or a material difference between the supplied item and its agreed description. We may first troubleshoot an access issue or offer correction or replacement where appropriate and permitted.

Cancellation requests

Contact us promptly if you wish to cancel. Whether cancellation is possible depends on whether the item or licence has already been delivered or activated and the applicable product terms. A request is not an automatic confirmation of cancellation.

How to request help

Email support@wedreamstudios.shop with the subject “Order / refund enquiry”, the purchaser’s contact details, order reference, product name and a short explanation. You may also call +91 90012 07243. Never share full card numbers, banking passwords or identity documents.

Review and payment processing

We will review the transaction and the reported issue. If a refund is approved, we will confirm the amount, method and expected processing time through the relevant payment channel. We do not promise a fixed refund processing period on this website.

Free resources and third-party purchases

There is no paid amount to refund for a free resource, but you may still ask for access support. If you purchased directly from a third-party seller, their transaction and refund terms apply; contact them for the payment remedy.

Shoot and editing bookings

For a shoot or commissioned edit, cancellation, rescheduling and refund conditions are agreed for that project before booking. Contact us with the project reference if you need to request a change. Applicable consumer rights remain unaffected.
