Our resource enquiries concern digital files, download links, access instructions or licence details as specified for an individual item. No physical delivery is included unless explicitly agreed separately.

Before placing an order

Confirm product availability, publisher and licence conditions, compatible software versions, price or free-offer terms, the delivery channel and the expected delivery time. This website does not take orders or payments directly.

How access is delivered

The agreed delivery channel may provide a download link, document or access instructions. WhatsApp delivery is used only where configured and you have explicitly requested messages from Wedream Studios. Delivery timing depends on the item and any payment or licence verification; no instant-delivery promise is made on this website.

Access and download issues

If the agreed access details do not arrive, check the relevant inbox or email spam folder, then contact support@wedreamstudios.shop or call +91 90012 07243. Include the product name and order reference. Do not send passwords, card details or private identity documents.

Links and licences

Download links may be subject to the stated access period and publisher conditions. Downloading a file does not replace a required third-party licence. We will explain applicable access conditions before an order.

When delivery cannot be completed

We will review the issue and arrange an appropriate remedy, such as correcting the access details, providing the agreed item where permitted, or reviewing a refund. See the refund and cancellation policy.
